I have a bunch more of our target adventure. here’s the lateset installment:
What to do on a Friday night? GO TO TARGET!!
Taylor doing a good job of keeping the kiddies entertained.
I guess when you got lots of little kids they are bound to get restless through a thirteen course dinner.
More from our time in NY. Note: E1 was probably the leader of the pack…
We’re well into summer. Pools are open and the girls have continued their interest in swimming. More and more time at home since it is really hot. We’ve visited the Library a few times, but due to budget cuts, their hours are pretty short… 1-9 one days and 10-6 other days. At least they’re open eight hours a day. Favorite activities include drawing/coloring with markers and crayons. Art time with playdoh. Watching movies especially animated flicks.
We’ve seen some old friends and hoping to see more this summer. We have a trip planned for NY later in July and a trip to Philly in September. Both for wedding stuffs.
Congrats to my younger brother for finding his wife. Treasure the time together.
Congrats to our friends in Switzerland for their new baby boy, having children is a great adventure.
Church is in full swing. We’ve been teaching the High Schoolers for the past year and our little ones have been attending the pre-school classes. We are off this week for the summer retreat. We decided not to go this year, perhaps have a little retreat of our own. Pray for our pastor’s family as his mom just passed away. May God’s comfort be on them.
Stay safe and cool this summer. Blessings!
Spent Saturday at friend Jackee’s place where her dad cooked up an awesome meal.
Friday was Laser Tag and Sunday was church and then lunch with folks… now the kiddies are taking a much needed nap.
Here are some pics for the past couple of weeks. We’ve had a bunch of friends come over to visit, some pics from church, and various other stuff. E1 and E2 now have a bunch of friends around their age that we hope to see regularly…
And of course here’s a video for the mother’s heart.
We just had a wild day today. Lots of friends and family came out… I hope everyone had a good time. We certainly did :) and we didn’t have any alcohol either :P
We came back this week from California. Had a fun time visiting my mother-in-law’s side of the family.
It was an interesting day since E1 and MommyG were getting over a stomach bug. E1 celebrated her 3rd b-day and to surprise us was E2 taking her first steps. We were watching and waiting with the camera and got this video during the commercial break of American Idol…
Enjoy.
